ELSI & Governance

HealthyCloud is deeply involved with pan-European ELSI related initiatives, especially with the Code of Conduct for Health Research, led by BBMRI-ERIC, which aims to unify and clarify the terms of GDPR health-related elements.

HealthyCloud will produce:

A framework for the definition of modular user contracts that will drive the user interactions within the future HRIC, to ensure the proper use of the available health data.
A set of guidelines to ensure ELSI compliant governance models, taking into account the federated architecture envisioned for the future HRIC.
